Exhibit : Modern Match Boxes<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’d like to introduce myself; my name is John Wilson. I’m 58 years of age. I took an interest in matchboxes from the age of 9 when friends of mine were swapping matchboxes in the school playground.<\/p>\n

Growing up through the years, I used to buy matchboxes from all the tobacconists to enhance my collection which grew and grew.<\/p>\n

Some years later, I found on the internet there was a matchbox club, now known as the British Matchbox Label and Bookmatch Society which I joined in April 2008.<\/p>\n

My collection now has nearly 67,000 complete matchboxes, all different ranging from around the mid 1800s to present date from all over the world.<\/p>\n
