Boots come as both Match holders and Matchbox holders. All examples use the later Transfer technology only. 

Example 1

There are no manufacturer markings or registration numbers on the box holder designs. The boot is wider and higher at 55mm than the match holder version. The cone inside allows the matchbox to be viewed open. In all cases the striker is a strip of sandpaper up the heel of the boot.
