There are two known embossed designs of the 'Pixie' holder, one facing to the right the other to the left. There is also a 'Pixie' holder featuring the newer Transfer technology. 

Example 1

Example 1 is an embossed design facing to the right, the height of each piece being 70mm. All examples of this design feature dimpled sides with a plain rear. The manufacture's mark is on the base at the rear with 'JC' on the cone. The word 'BRITISH' is written inside the holder at the top.

Example 2

Example 2 does not have 'BRITISH' written inside. The manufacturer's mark on the base differs from example 1 in that 'MANOR' is written above 'WARE' with JC still on the cone.

Example 3

In example 3, the word 'BRITISH' is included with the manufacturer's mark on the base at the rear, with 'JC' on the cone.

Example 4

Example 4 shows an embossed Pixie facing left. The manufacturer's mark is on the base at the rear and the sides of the holder are hollow. The height of each piece varies between 66mm and 68mm. Note, some examples exist without a manufacturer's mark on the rear.

Example 5

In example 5, the manufacturer's mark is on the base at the rear with the letters 'W' and 'JC' added below.

Example 6

Example 6 depicts the newer Transfer design. The manufacturer's mark is on the base at the rear and the sides of the holder are solid. The height of each piece varies between 63mm and 67mm.

Example 7

Example 7 is similar to example 6 with a subtly different rear design. The height is 67mm.

Example 8

In example 8, the manufacturer's mark is on the base at the rear with 'M' above 'W' written on the cone. The sides of the holder are hollow and the height of each piece is 65mm.
